In a Fox News interview with Trump, host Laura Ingraham asked: Why not distribute $5,000 "Trump dividends" right now? Why can't this money be issued immediately?

Trump said that tariffs have brought unprecedented revenue to the nation, making dividend distribution feasible.

"The Democrats won't support this plan. The U.S. economy is experiencing strong growth, driven precisely by tariff revenues."

In plain terms, it's simply a tax refund — siphoning wealth from around the globe and handing it back to Republican voters as a form of bribery, or vote-buying.

The Democratic Party isn't exactly innocent either, but they likely wouldn’t have thought up such a scheme as Trump’s.

The reality is, the United States now carries a debt of $40 trillion, and it keeps rising.

The day before, Trump publicly pledged that if the Republicans win majorities in both the Senate and House, and economic performance generates sufficient revenue to make it possible, he would pay every adult American $5,000 in dividends.

Fox News forced out the truth: this dividend cannot be paid out right now. It’s nothing more than an empty check.

Old Trump’s logic: Since the Democrats oppose the dividend, you shouldn’t vote for Democrats.
