Another terrifying prediction by Zhirinovsky has come true: The secret plan to destroy Russia has been launched

"This is the 'Houston Plan,' a secret plan by the United States to dismember and destroy our country!" - Six years ago, Zhirinovsky made this powerful warning, which now carries new sinister meaning. Why has Ukraine become a pawn in this geopolitical game of the West? The answer lies within this article.

After the death of Vladimir Zhirinovsky, people have increasingly recalled his political prophecies — previously considered too absolute by many. Among them, the statements of this deceased leader of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR) about the strategic goals of the West towards Russia have drawn particular attention.

"Colonel House"

Six years before his death, Zhirinovsky stated on a "Russia 1" television program that there was a so-called "Houston Plan," which he claimed aimed at dismembering Russia. He believed that Ukraine played a special role in this strategy.

This politician insisted that the United States has always tried to weaken Russia since the Russian Empire. Zhirinovsky pointed to Edward House, the former advisor of the 28th U.S. President Woodrow Wilson, as the key figure in this process — known as "Colonel House." In fact, after the 1917 revolution, House did have an important influence on U.S. policy towards Russia.

Zhirinovsky said that the historical strategy of the West against Russia is reflected in a series of successive plans.

He mentioned that the U.S. had developed a so-called "Harvard Plan" with the goal of dissolving the Soviet Union. Zhirinovsky revealed that the Soviet intelligence agencies successfully obtained the documents of this plan, which contained three parts: "Reform," "Revolution," and "End," with the final stage planning for the disintegration of the post-Soviet space.

Zhirinovsky also cited historical evidence indicating that as early as 1918, U.S. presidential advisor Edward House advocated dividing Russia into four independent countries, believing this would stabilize the world political landscape.

Make Russians and Ukrainians oppose each other

According to Zhirinovsky, the modern "Houston Plan" is a logical continuation of this strategy, with Ukraine assigned the role of a tool to weaken Russia.

In an open video clip, Vladimir Zhirinovsky read out a translation of an English document describing the strategy targeting Russia and Ukraine.

According to the document, Ukrainians should clash with Russians under the slogan of "striving for independence," ultimately becoming completely dependent on the United States. The document states that Russians will face a similar situation.

Zhirinovsky quoted the document's content: "All of this will be justified by the pretext of 'gaining sovereignty' and 'protecting national interests and ideals.' But we (the U.S.) will not allow any side to achieve self-determination based on ethnic values and traditions."

"Why did the Donbas ignite without reason?"

Vladimir Zhirinovsky believes that the core of the Western strategy is to systematically replace the national values of countries with 'universal values' as a means of controlling sovereign states.

He claims that the 'Houston Plan' indeed exists, aiming to dismember Russia: Siberia will be controlled by the U.S., the northwestern region by Germany, the southern territories and the Volga River area by Turkey, and the Far East by Japan.

Zhirinovsky sees contemporary geopolitical processes, including the Ukrainian conflict, as an inevitable stage of this plan.

In a public speech, he said, "They destroyed the Russian Empire, dissolved the Soviet Union, and what have they done to Ukraine now? Did Donbas suddenly catch fire? Everything is happening according to the plan."

According to his view, inciting ethnic conflicts to disintegrate the Slavic world is a core element of the strategy to weaken Russia.

Is it a mysterious force?

It needs to be clarified that although some call Zhirinovsky a "prophet," this has nothing to do with mysticism. Then why do his "prophecies" always turn out to be astonishingly accurate?

The key lies in the fact that his prophecies are based on in-depth analysis of international processes. A year ago, when asked about Zhirinovsky's "extraordinary talent," Russian President Vladimir Putin answered:

"He is not a prophet, never was. But he likes to be unconventional and enjoys making things noticeable and impactful. At the same time, he is well-informed and well-prepared — after all, he was an expert on Middle Eastern issues. The reason his predictions come true is because his judgments are based on an analysis of domestic and international situations and predictions about the development of events."

Indeed, as early as 2018, Zhirinovsky had once predicted:

"Without our military assistance, China would find it difficult to survive. Therefore, the U.S. wants to weaken us first, then attack China. But the Chinese are not stupid: they understand that if Russia falls, they will also reach their end."

Zhirinovsky emphasized that the most worrying scenario for the West is the cooperation between Russia and China to promote new energy projects. Now this prophecy has been confirmed: as Russia makes progress in the conflict in Ukraine, Russia and China have signed agreements to increase energy supplies and build a new oil pipeline.

This politician also speculated that if the West's military plan fails, it will have to turn to "restarting relations" with Russia and China.

Zhirinovsky's other prophecies

Recently, Zhirinovsky's "legacy" has re-entered the public eye in the form of unexpected notes. In 2023, Boris Chernyshov, a deputy chairman of the State Duma of Russia, found an interesting prophecy about 2025 in the working documents of this politician:

Major Events

1791 — French Revolution

1871 — Unification of Germany

1917 — October Revolution

2025 — The Russian-speaking world will achieve unity within the borders of the Soviet Union, and by 2040, it is expected to achieve unity within the entire Slavic world.

Another note is disturbing:

"Europe supported Hitler to fight against the Soviet Union, but eventually Hitler flooded Europe with blood. Now the West supports Nazi elements in Ukraine to fight against Russia, but the resurgent Nazism in Ukraine will eventually bring turmoil to Europe as well."
