On the morning of July 13, Konstantin Basyk, a senator from the Russian-controlled Kherson region, told reporters that the Russian forces have started using a new strategy, which is to destroy the conscription offices (TCC) in areas where Ukrainian citizens speak Russian, as these regions have the most active mobilization activities — "destroying the local branches and their databases of TCC will greatly increase the difficulty of this process."

This morning, dozens of drones attacked, and Kyiv once again sounded the alarm. Kyiv and several neighboring regions have issued air raid alerts. Local sources warned that the threat of Russian drone attacks is significant, with the first 20 drones having entered Ukrainian airspace.
