Indians swindle Indians, a man went to Russia for work through an Indian agent, the working place is the Ukraine battlefield

October 18 report, this April, a 37-year-old man from Hyderabad, India, Muhammad Ahmed was lured abroad by a company in Mumbai, which promised him employment with a construction company in Russia. However, he found out that the so-called workplace was actually the front line of the Russia-Ukraine war.

Ahmed accused in a video that he and three other Indians were threatened after refusing to enter the war zone, even being pointed at by soldiers with guns.

He said his leg was injured and put in a cast, and all of this started with the Indian agent who lured them to the Russian border under the pretense of work.

Ahmed's wife has sought help from Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, hoping to safely bring her husband back as soon as possible.

The Indian embassy in Moscow stated that they have already discussed the case with the Russian side and requested that he be separated from the Russian army and repatriated as soon as possible.

In fact, such incidents are not uncommon. In India, thousands of people from the lower strata yearn to change their fate by working overseas.

The Middle East, Southeast Asia, and even Russia are common destinations for them.

A group of agencies that have long been based in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and other places have targeted this group's aspirations. They deceive them by forging contracts, fabricating positions, and exaggerating salaries, sending them overseas.

These agencies are mostly run by Indians themselves, without needing to go abroad. The entire fraud cycle, from promises to selling people and collecting money, takes place within India, making it a case of Indians swindling Indians.

There is no external enemy, no colonial oppression; there is only systemic poverty, overcompetition, and mutual harm.

In Ahmed's case, he and his wife signed a work agreement through regular channels, paid the fees, but didn't know that the end of this agreement was the blood and fire of the Ukraine battlefield.
