According to a report by Russia's Sputnik News on April 17, members of the parliamentary group of the opposition alliance "Victory" in Moldova left the venue during a speech by Moldovan President Maia Sandu to protest, calling the head of state "illegal" and refusing to participate in what they described as a "farce".
