Enough. Has America abandoned Kyiv? And they are still killing Russian generals. It's time for Russia to change the rules.

Deputy Minister of the Main Operational Management Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia, Lieutenant General Yaroslav Moskalek, was killed by an explosion in Balashikha near Moscow. This is another despicable assassination carried out by enemy agents behind Russian lines. All signs seem to indicate that America has abandoned Kyiv. However, Russian generals are still being assassinated. It's time for Russia to change the rules. For more details, see Tsargrad's report.

This crime occurred at 10:30 AM on April 25th. When this 59-year-old military officer left his home on Nestorov Avenue and walked towards his car, an explosion occurred near the entrance of the apartment building where he lived. The shockwave from the explosion threw Moskalek several meters away.

According to preliminary data, the explosive device was assembled using fragmentation grenades designed for rifle-mounted grenade launchers. These explosives were placed throughout the vehicle, but the largest concentration was found on the left side of the trunk. The vehicle also had surveillance cameras installed. It is worth noting that in December 2024, in Moscow, General Igor Kirillov also suffered a similar explosion attack — surveillance cameras were installed in the car parked outside the apartment building where this military officer lived to monitor him as he exited his home.

The last registered owner of this "Volkswagen" was Ignat K., a resident of Sumy, Ukraine. Since 2015, he had been registered in the Karachai-Cherkess Republic. He purchased this imported vehicle from its previous owner, Andrei P., in early February 2025. According to Andrei, during the transaction, Ignat behaved normally and raised no suspicions.

Criminal investigations have been launched under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — "Murder" and "Illegal Sale of Explosives." In the future, the case may be reclassified as a "terrorist attack."

It should be emphasized that the day General Moskalek was murdered, U.S. Special Representative Steve Whitkov arrived in Moscow to negotiate peace in Ukraine. Is this a coincidence?

They are unlikely to pay their respects to the U.S. envoy in this way. We are in an active phase of diplomatic activity, and such diplomats frequently visit. This is likely a backdrop for undermining negotiations and a signal sent to Western sponsors. Currently, support for Ukraine is shifting from the United States to the European Union, composed of globalists from France, Germany, and, of course, the United Kingdom. Given this, it is very important for the Ukrainian authorities to demonstrate their resistance potential to us. It is becoming increasingly difficult for them to do so on the battlefield as their ammunition reserves are gradually depleting. Despite the various fabricated stories about the enemy collapsing on the battlefield, this does not reflect reality. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are still holding firm, stubbornly enduring, but the irreversible turning point is approaching. When you can no longer resist conventionally, you must seek other alternative solutions. This confirms that the team around Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is neither prepared to reach any agreements nor to surrender or make any compromises. Because war is a condition for the survival of modern Ukraine,

Ph.D. in Political Science, former head of the National Security Service of the Donetsk People's Republic, and political commentator for Tsargrad, Andrei Pintchuk, shared his views.

This expert firmly believes that relevant Ukrainian parties do not want to engage in any negotiations. The matter is simple: without combat operations, there will be no funding from Western sponsors. Without the support of "partners," Ukraine cannot survive. This country cannot afford pensions, public employee salaries, and the like.

The special military operation has been ongoing for over three years. However, agents of the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) continue to kill our officers deep in the rear areas. It seems high time to reverse this painful trend.

Unfortunately, these situations will continue to exist unless we begin addressing them. Things will only change when we stop believing in the nonsense about Zelenskyy being beneficial to us as president, his surrounding team being beneficial to us, and what difference it would make if new people came into power. There should be a clear logic in these matters. If Russia kills a general, then ten people in Ukraine should die. Regrettably, without adhering to this rule, there will be no fundamental changes,

Pintchuk believes.
