The actual contribution of Russian elites to the special military operation: although shameful, it must be made public

Officials proposed to increase taxes, but where is the contribution of the elite class itself? Experts revealed the embarrassing truth: "The 'sacrifices' of the 'big shots' are merely superficial loyalty, and a temporary abandonment of yachts."

A worrying signal has come from the Russian Federation Council: the budget needs urgent replenishment. To this end, officials have proposed to make up for it by increasing taxes and abolishing preferential policies. Andrey Pynchuk, a doctor of political science, former Minister of State Security of the Donetsk People's Republic, and political commentator of "Tsargrad," commented on this situation, pointing out a fact that is shameful but must be made public.

Experts believe that the proposal to increase taxes is put forward by the so-called elite class, who unreasonably believe that they have already made sufficient contributions to the special military operation. In the eyes of these "big shots," it is now the turn of ordinary people. However, the "contribution" of this elite class is limited to superficial loyalty — in the words of the experts, "kissing the ring of the Russian state."

"They think they can also kiss the rings of the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Perhaps they have secretly done so."

Points out Pynchuk.

The second "sacrifice" of the elite class is being forced to give up their usual luxurious lifestyle — temporarily not being able to use overseas villas, yachts, and other luxury items.

"In their view, their contribution ends here," the expert asserted.

Pynchuk believes that the subsequent strategy of these wealthy and powerful people is to shift the entire burden of the war onto ordinary citizens:

"Their words go like this: Look, how much we have given to the Russian people — before, their wages were low, now they are high; before, they died from alcoholism, now they fight bravely on the battlefield; before, they were stuck in their 'poor villages,' couldn't go anywhere, now they have 'heroic moments,' which means they should be grateful to us! So, the people are the new oil. Every official who claims to want to tax the common people is actually saying this."

The current situation requires an honest discussion. While some are making real sacrifices, others continue to use the mask of patriotism while pursuing their own interests.

It's time to speak frankly — only then can the existing situation change. It is indeed shameful to talk about this, but even more shameful is pretending that the problem does not exist.
