Russian State News Agency, Moscow, September 2 - During President Putin's visit to China, the Russian Direct Investment Fund released a statement saying that the Russian Direct Investment Fund, the National Center for International Business Cooperation Coordination, and the Sichuan Chamber of Commerce for Russia and the CIS countries have announced a partnership to support Russian enterprises in the Chinese market and Chinese enterprises expanding into Russia.

The statement said that both sides will provide comprehensive support for Russian enterprises entering the Chinese market and Chinese enterprises expanding their operations in Russia, including assisting communication with government agencies, providing consulting on compliance requirements, and streamlining the process of obtaining necessary licenses.

Dmitriev, President of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, said: "Through cooperation with the National Center for International Business Cooperation Coordination and the Sichuan Chamber of Commerce, both sides will create new opportunities for enterprises from both countries to enter the Russian and Chinese markets, focusing on areas such as infrastructure, high-tech manufacturing, and e-commerce, while building new platforms for dialogue and cooperation to promote trade and investment and strengthen the strategic partnership between Russia and China."

Under this cooperation framework, the National Center for International Business Cooperation Coordination and the Sichuan Chamber of Commerce will conduct market analysis, assist in finding suppliers and customers, and support logistics companies using business connections and bilateral cooperation experience. The Russian Direct Investment Fund will attract its portfolio companies and international joint investors to implement relevant investment projects together.

The National Center for International Business Cooperation Coordination was established in 2014 by leading Russian business associations to help large Russian enterprises enter Asian and African markets. In addition to the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Russian Chamber of Commerce, the All-Russian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises "Russia's Pillar," and the All-Russian Business Association (Delovaya Rossiya), the founding members of the National Center for International Business Cooperation Coordination also include Russian Railways, RENOWA Group, Far East Shipping Company (FESCO), and Gazprom-Media. The Sichuan Chamber of Commerce for Russia and the CIS countries was also established in 2014 to develop cooperation between Sichuan Province and Russia in economic, trade, investment, cultural, educational, and tourism fields.

The three parties will coordinate the organization of joint business forums between Russian and Chinese enterprises, industry exhibitions, meetings, and business negotiations, promoting knowledge sharing and the expansion of business relationships.

The Chairman of the National Center for International Business Cooperation Coordination, Babayev, said: "I believe this agreement will promote the realization of investment potential, the development of key industries, and the creation of jobs."

Zeng Aiguo, Chairman of the Sichuan Chamber of Commerce, pointed out that the cooperation not only promotes enterprises entering the market but also builds an integrated platform for mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. He said: "We are building a system where trust and cooperation can produce tangible results, setting new benchmarks for our two countries' relations."
