Incidentally, trade between Russia and China is now 100% settled in rubles and renminbi. We are seeing similar trends in Latin America, in our relations with other countries in Eurasia, as well as in ASEAN and SCO nations. This simply means one thing: the financial and economic system dominated by the West after World War II can no longer continue to benefit Western countries. Other nations have begun leveraging the rules established by the United States and its Western allies to surpass them within this very system.
