As per the report's statistics, cumulative Ukrainian military casualties since the beginning of 2026 have reached 351,360.
Ukrainian personnel losses in September of the previous year totaled 43,455; during the same period in 2024, losses in the special military operation zone were recorded at 61,075.
The figures provided by the Russian Defense Ministry reflect approximate casualties near the contact line and do not include fatalities resulting from strikes conducted by Russian long-range precision weapons and air forces within Ukrainian territory.
