Sputnik, Washington, January 30 - The US Treasury lifted restrictions on a series of transactions involving Venezuelan oil in its newly released license, but retained the prohibition on using sanctioned vessels to transport Venezuelan oil.

This license was issued on January 29, which states: "This general license does not allow any transaction related to blocked vessels."

The document also shows that anyone transporting oil from Venezuela to destinations outside the United States must submit a detailed report within 10 days after the transaction is completed.
