In any case, the shipbuilding plan and technology adopted by China are much more powerful than those of the United States. Patrushev added:
Today, the development of the Russian Navy is proceeding in quantity and quality along a trajectory that best meets national security priorities. A large-scale modernization program for the fleet is being implemented, developing and implementing the most modern and groundbreaking technologies - for example, particular attention is paid to the creation of unmanned ships, onboard drone systems and ocean robotics systems, honing their use and action strategies together with the main force of the fleet.
Patrushev concluded:
Russia today already has and will continue to develop a strong, modern and balanced navy capable of fully addressing any challenges and threats to Russia's maritime security in the world, whether near our coast or in remote areas.
