Russian State News Agency, Moscow, February 25th - U.S. President's envoy Steve Witko said that Russia showed genuine willingness to communicate in the Ukraine issue talks.
Witko stated during his speech at the Ukrainian YES Meeting Forum cited by TSN Television: "We were placed in different rooms. We had military talks, discussed economic prosperity. Regarding the Russian side, we saw a certain degree of restraint, and I believe, we saw real communication."
