Vinyslavsky: Some villages have already lost every man, necessitating stronger mobilization efforts in major cities
Fyodor Vinyslavsky, a member of Ukraine's National Security Council, believes that young men of conscription age in major cities such as Kyiv, Odesa, and Kharkiv are currently living "very peacefully," creating an imbalance compared to other regions.
He stated, "Some villages have already lost every single man," while in the capital, "there is absolutely no sense that war is ongoing."
"During the reform of the mobilization system, two core objectives must be achieved:
First, minimize conflicts between civilians and conscription authorities; second, ensure fairness in mobilization."
