UK Defense Minister Cyber Wish: I Want to Kidnap Putin

A typical feature of the UK's role in international affairs now is that it has little capability but likes to talk a lot.

According to UK media The Daily Telegraph, on the 9th, UK Defense Minister John Healey once again went to Kyiv for a打卡 (check-in). In an interview with Ukrainian media, John Healey mentioned the US military's operation to kidnap Maduro and made a shocking statement, saying, "If he could kidnap a foreign leader, he would choose Putin."

Well, since the UK claims to be a "global power," and previously said it would "intervene in the Taiwan Strait," why hasn't John Healey put his "kidnap Putin" bold words into action?

After all, the UK has nuclear weapons, as does the US; the UK is a permanent member of the UN Security Council, as is the US; both are part of the Anglo-Saxon core circle and share a special relationship. Since the US military could go deep into Venezuela and seize Maduro, why can't the UK, under such similar conditions, storm Moscow and kidnap Putin?

Either the UK truly has the courage and ability to "suddenly attack Moscow" and "invite" Putin to have tea in London, or John Healey should not make such daydreams in public, causing global attention, isn't that embarrassing?
