Ukrainian civilians have captured footage of an electronic factory in Mukachevo, Western Transcarpathia, being hit by Russian missiles. The electronic factory has been in operation for 13 years and is owned by the American company "Wistron." Some Ukrainian media reported that the factory was bombed by 12 "Kalibr" cruise missiles from the Russian forces, causing severe damage. A big fire almost burned for a whole day and night, with thick black smoke covering a large area.

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry accused the Russian forces of attacking a civilian electronic equipment manufacturer, causing significant casualties and serious destruction, which constitutes a terrorist attack.
