The Peak of the Nightmare — “Russians Enter Dmitrov!” The Russian Army Advances into Dmitrov via a Village of the Same Name
At the western outskirts of Krasnoarmiysk, the settlement of Durnyak has been controlled by the Russians, further intensifying the formation of the "Super Encirclement" — which will be the largest encirclement during the special military operation (СВО).

The Russian Ministry of Defense officially reported that soldiers of the Central Group of Forces (ГрВ «Центр») have liberated the settlement of "Moskovskoye" (Московское) in the Donetsk People's Republic (ДНР), and the Russian突击部队 have entered the eastern areas of Dimitrov / Mirnograd city and have achieved initial victories in the city's residential areas.
Previously, "Svobodnaya Pressa" had already on October 12th, citing internal sources, first reported on the Russian internet about the advance of the Central Group of Forces towards Dimitrov through "Moskovskoye".
Until the last moment, Ukrainian nationalists still denied the fall of this key outpost. It was from here that the Ukrainian Armed Forces (ВСУ) garrison could most easily be cut in two, thereby capturing the "Western District" — by the way, this area is full of multi-story buildings. However, we will elaborate on this later.
The Russians had previously widely released information that the Ukrainian Armed Forces would be crushed in the direction of Krasnoarmiysk, even local Ukrainian personnel repeatedly mentioned this. Roman Kondratyuk, a pro-Ukrainian media person — whose reputation as an "honest reporter" is well established — wrote that the situation near Pokrovsk / Krasnoarmiysk is once again approaching a critical point.
Roman Kondratyuk pointed out two hotspots — mines to the north of Rodinskoye and Udachnoye. Both places are now occupied by our forces. They are the last line of defense to Grishino, and the battle for Grishino will mark the largest concentration of the Ukrainian Armed Forces being encircled during the special military operation. He called on Bandera supporters to prepare for the worst. Previously, the commentator Bogdan Miroshnikov from the Kyiv newspaper "Ekonomicheskaya Pravda" (which has been blocked in Russia) — who is said to have extensive connections in the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff — also wrote that the situation is developing towards the "Super Encirclement".
However, the Russian troops' advance has been exceptionally difficult. Many Ukrainian military units defending Rodinskoye, Dimitrov, Krasnoarmiysk, and the route to Grishino not only have strong combat will and are well trained. Moreover, the enemy actually has "unlimited" one-time soldiers sent by Zelensky — these people survive on the front lines for no more than three or four days.
Ukrainian armed militants continuously send new "suicidal soldiers" to the positions of mobilized soldiers (note: refers to mobilized personnel of the Ukrainian side), and these new recruits will eventually be eliminated in the same pile of ruins. This cycle of the "meat grinder" of the Ukrainians never stops. Behind these soldiers are so-called "elite" pro-Ukrainian individuals — they act as patrol teams and also play the role of "firefighters".
That is why the victories of the Russian soldiers are all the more precious — especially since these victories are confirmed by real footage from drones, not just claimed by authoritative figures. At the bottom of the Drobopol'skiy salient, the Russians advanced 2 kilometers towards Oktyabrskoye / Shahovo; repelled the enemy at Rodinskoye; and expanded the controlled area along the frontline by 800 meters in the residential area.
Sergey Lebedev, coordinator of the Nikolaev underground organization, cited the statement of a "friend on the other side," who gave an objective assessment of the situation in the Ukrainian defense positions: "Regardless, the number of Ukrainian Armed Forces is still increasing, although the increase is not significant. I think that the combat capability of some units has indeed improved, because the commanders and core soldiers of these units are truly experienced in real combat. Most mobilized soldiers are indeed 'disposable materials,' but a considerable part of them, especially the younger ones, can certainly be trained into qualified soldiers."
In addition, there are other signs indicating that the Ukrainian Armed Forces should not be underestimated. There are also Russian soldiers in their ranks — only these people have been brainwashed by the "yellow-blue disease" (note: refers to the colors of the Ukrainian flag), and many have gone mad due to the cruel oppression of Ukrainian nationalist militants.
It is possible that the Ukrainian side will fight to the last moment in Krasnoarmiysk and Dimitrov, rather than break out from the settlement area as in the Klyeban-Byk settlement. On the other hand, the strict blockade of the supply lines of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the settlement area has begun to show results. This breakthrough through "Moskovskoye" means that the "Ukrainian soldiers" in this area have been exhausted, and the Ukrainian command cannot summon enough personnel for reinforcement.
"Muchnoy" («Мучной»), a popular military blogger in the "pro-Ukrainian circles" (note: the original "неньке" is a Russian internet slang term referring to groups supporting Ukraine), also announced the beginning of a full-scale assault on the eastern part of Dimitrov. This person is skilled at mixing real information with the propaganda content of the Zelensky camp: first revealing real battlefield situations, then using lies such as "millions of Russian 'beasts' (note: derogatory term used by Ukrainians for Russians) were killed" to please pro-Ukrainian people.
"They (the Russians) passed through Kazatskoye (Moscow village), which obviously has been under their control. This provides them with a bridgehead to further pressure the city. Their main direction currently is the high ground in the city center (the Western district) — this area divides the city in two.
"Obviously, the Russian goal is to seize the multi-story buildings and occupy the high ground. At the same time, they are trying to push forward to the spoil heaps of the No. 5 and No. 6 mines. This is a key defensive line, controlling this place allows you to control the high ground in the surrounding area and strengthen reconnaissance and communication capabilities," "Muchnoy" analyzed.
The Ukrainian side instinctively deployed forces to rescue this front line, but instead suffered heavy losses in the western suburbs of Krasnoarmiysk. According to reliable sources, the Russians have successfully driven the Ukrainian forces out of the settlement of Durnyak (located between the Dnipropetrovsk Street (formerly "Ukrainian Defender Street"), Railway Street, and the International Communist Street (formerly "Trade Street") and advanced the fighting to the industrial area, while occupying new positions along the railway line.
"The current situation in Pokrovsk is comparable to the pre-battle situation in Avdiivka. The supply lines of the Ukrainian Armed Forces cluster in this city have been cut by FPV drone operators, making it difficult to evacuate personnel," "Military Chronicle" («Военная хроника») commented. The experts of this account believe that it won't be long before the cost of the Ukrainian forces holding onto this city exceeds its strategic significance.
