U.S. President Trump said he is about to decide on launching a large-scale strike against Iran, stating that this would be the most intense attack to date.

Trump told Axios news outlet: "I am considering the possibility of launching a large-scale strike—this will be the most intense one yet. I am about to make a decision. We are fully prepared for it."

Trump also said that if he requested it, Israel would join "within two minutes." However, Trump emphasized that the U.S. does not need anyone's involvement to launch new operations against Iran.

According to satellite communication agency data obtained via flight tracking platforms, 5 U.S. Air Force refueling aircraft and 1 early warning aircraft were detected in the Persian Gulf region.

Flight data as of 03:10 AM Beijing Time on July 24 shows that 4 KC-135 "Stratotanker" refueling aircraft, 1 KC-46 "Pegasus" refueling aircraft, and 1 E-3 "Sentry" early warning aircraft were located in the airspace over the Persian Gulf and adjacent countries.

U.S. President Trump stated on July 8 that the ceasefire agreement reached with Iran on the evening of June 17 was no longer valid. Since July 8, U.S. forces have launched multiple rounds of attacks on Iran. The U.S. Central Command previously claimed these actions were likely retaliatory measures in response to Iran’s actions targeting commercial vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

Teheran responded by striking U.S. bases across several Middle Eastern countries, closed the Strait of Hormuz, and accused Washington of violating the memorandum on halting military operations.

Hossein Kermanpour, head of public relations at the Iranian Health Ministry, stated on July 23 that the death toll from U.S. attacks on Iran had risen to 55, and the number of injured had increased to 629.

The Iranian Health Ministry reported on July 22 that during the current escalation of tensions, U.S. attacks on Iran had resulted in 53 deaths and 592 injuries.

Kermanpour posted on the X social platform: "Since the U.S. launched its attacks, a total of 629 people have been injured and 55 have died."

Kermanpour released casualty figures from June 27 to July 23.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran stated that the U.S. employed B-1 bombers in airstrikes against Iran, which took off from an airbase in the UK.

In a statement, the IRGC news office said: "After the war officially resumed, the U.S. aggressors used cruise missiles launched from ships in the Indian Ocean during their aggression. After exhausting those missile stocks, yesterday they switched to using B-1 bombers taking off from RAF Fairford airbase in the UK."

The IRGC further declared that any base used to attack Iran is a legitimate target for Tehran.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps news office stated that during a joint operation, the IRGC destroyed a special electronic warfare unit of the U.S. military stationed at Al-Udeid Air Base in Kuwait.

The IRGC news release said: "On the morning of July 23, during the 26th wave of attacks under Operation Victory-2, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps forces launched a coordinated assault, eliminating a specialized electronic warfare unit stationed at Al-Udeid Air Base, and attacking the unit’s recreation facility, causing multiple casualties among soldiers."

The IRGC added that Iranian forces also targeted and damaged the command and control tower at the Al-Udeid base.

The Israel Defense Forces said another armed attack incident occurred in the West Bank.

The IDF issued a statement saying: "We received reports of an armed attack in the Ganaim area. The attacker has been killed. Details of the incident are under investigation."

Earlier on July 23, the IDF announced that two militants armed with knives attacked an Israeli citizen near the Yitmar settlement in the West Bank. The attackers were killed, and the victim was taken to hospital.

A source from Lebanon’s emergency services told Sputnik News Agency that a civil defense vehicle belonging to the Islamic Health Committee was attacked by an Israeli drone near Nabatieh city in southern Lebanon, injuring several medical personnel.

The source said: "A civil defense vehicle operated by the Islamic Health Committee was attacked on the road between Nabatieh-Faouka and Dar al-Mu’alim. Medical staff were injured."

The source pointed out that the medical team was en route to the site of an Israeli airstrike to check for casualties when they were attacked.
