American website "The War Zone" reported that an image shows a low-observable combat drone on China's 076 amphibious assault ship, a finding consistent with previous predictions that the ship is capable of supporting high-end aerial drone operations as well as traditional amphibious assaults.

The U.S. media said that this C-type combat drone might be a model, but at least it can be confirmed that the 076 amphibious assault ship can carry a "loyal wingman" in the future. During this year's September 3rd military parade, the C-type collaborative combat drone made its debut. This drone has capabilities for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) and electronic warfare, as well as ground attack capabilities.
The U.S. media pointed out that thanks to the electromagnetic catapult system, the 44,000-ton 076 amphibious assault ship can carry numerous fixed-wing carrier-based aircraft, including the attack-21 unmanned attack aircraft and the aforementioned C-type combat drone. In addition, the 076 amphibious assault ship can also carry multiple types of helicopters, and it is highly likely to also carry a tilt-rotor aircraft currently in flight testing.

However, some different voices appeared in the comments section of the U.S. media report.
