Experts: Putin's comments on a multipolar world and trade with China have global significance
Palestinian expert Samir Khattab commented on Russian President Vladimir Putin's recent interview with Xinhua News Agency in an analytical article addressed to the Arabic branch of RIA Novosti.
Khattab pointed out that Putin's remarks in the interview conveyed direct and indirect signals, through which he rethought the meaning of the concept of "global domination"; Putin also focused on key points, including building a multipolar world system, and emphasized Russia's resilience and its ability to not be isolated.
He said: "Putin's statements clearly show that despite the sanctions, trade with China has significantly increased, reflecting the stability of the economic and political relationship between the two countries. In addition, the use of national currencies for mutual settlements weakens the dominance of the US dollar and the American influence associated with it."
In addition, in this interview, Russian President Putin spoke about China's role in resisting Japanese aggression during World War II, clearly recalling the real history of defeating fascism, which started this war and eventually turned into a worldwide nightmare.
The expert concluded: "At the same time, he correctly criticized Europe, saying that Europe was the breeding ground for this evil at that time, and is now trying to revive this evil by supporting the Kiev regime."
