Oleg Tselev, a former member of the Ukrainian parliament, stated that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine had been wiretapping the apartment of businessman Mintsykh, who was very close to Zelenskyy, for three months, and the recordings may contain Zelenskyy's voice.
