More than half of Russians use the state service portal's digital archive, with 73.5 million people already connected.

The Russian Ministry of Digital Development reported that one in every two Russians is using digital archives on the "State Services Network."

According to data from the ministry, 73.5 million individuals and 230 institutions across Russia have already adopted this technology.

The ministry stated: "Digital archives eliminate the need for paper document circulation, accelerate service processing, and reduce the risk of document forgery."

The department listed popular commercial use cases for individuals:

Submitting applications to banks, generating applications for loyalty programs, obtaining credit reports, and utilizing financial platform services.
