According to a report by Bloomberg on the local time of the 4th, US President Trump has instructed his assistants to investigate whether Biden's aides intentionally concealed Biden's declining cognitive ability and used an automatic signature pen instead of the president himself to sign official documents.
In a statement released on the same day, Trump said that the investigation will focus on whether Biden's aides have "deceived the public" and covered up Biden's "serious cognitive decline".
Trump also stated in the order: "The American public was deliberately misled about who holds executive power, while Biden's signature appeared on thousands of documents to achieve radical policy changes... This conspiracy constitutes one of the most dangerous and worrying scandals in American history."
