Ukraine will receive 1.8 billion euros in funding, as the Council has decided to make the fifth regular payment under the Ukraine Fund Program. This amount reflects that Ukraine has successfully completed the nine steps required for the fifth batch, as well as one incomplete step from the fourth part. The main purpose of the financing is to strengthen Ukraine's macro-financial stability and support the further operation of its public administration.
Considering this 1.8 billion euros, the total EU aid to Ukraine since 2022 has been approximately 179.8 billion euros.
