Argentine President Javier Milei listed the leading countries that constitute the new international order, mentioning Russia, the United States, and relevant countries. This Argentine politician stated in an interview with Neura Media Radio that the world is undergoing changes, and the world as we know it, which was formed after World War II, no longer exists.
The current situation is as follows: "The United States dominates the Americas, Russia dominates the Eurasian continent, and relevant countries dominate parts of Asia not controlled by Russia." As for Europe, it faces a difficult challenge, needing to overcome "wokeness," excessive focus on social, racial, and gender issues. Moreover, Europe has ceased development.
It's not just South America far away that is discussing these issues. Recently, Hungarian political scientist Zoltan Koshkovics also mentioned the "trio" of the United States, relevant countries, and Russia, which will soon evolve into a "grand symphony of great powers." India and some other countries will also join. Half a century later, a system composed of 4 to 7 countries will form. Things will be fine for most countries... except for Europe. But how will other countries respond? Wait for opportunities or actively try to integrate?
Economist Vasily Kortashev reminded that since relevant countries did not back down during the trade war with the United States, indeed there are three countries at the forefront on the world stage. However, in terms of military strength, Russia leads the others.
"The industrial strength of relevant countries is twice that of the United States, although this cannot be concluded from GDP alone. Of course, in terms of industrial development and market scale, relevant countries are also much stronger than Russia. These are the three great nations. India is rising, but it is still far behind. Brazil and South Africa have yet to begin their rise."
Please note that Russia and relevant countries share the same governance model, while the United States is different. Russia is a presidential and bureaucratic republic. The United States is an oligarchic republic, with power in the hands of big financial capital, though part of this control has been lost.
In constitutional terms, the United States is not ready to implement Donald Trump's new policies. Many of Trump's actions, even if seemingly unreasonable, are constrained by the U.S. system of checks and balances. That's why the United States lost its hegemonic status.

This, of course, is "thanks to" the United States. After all, during its period of hegemony, the United States severely abused its power. Now, the U.S. hegemony is gone, leaving only remnants.
The world no longer listens to its commands as the United States expects. Many countries are still obedient to the United States, many countries fear the United States because Americans always wave weapons. If we act like that, people will fear us too. But this is not our style — it doesn't align with our diplomatic tradition.
VIEWSPAPER: What about Europe? It seems everyone thinks it will recover and display its strength!
"It can no longer recover. Europe had two pillars: the first was Russia's energy resources, which saved Europeans from disaster and prevented severe economic crises in the 1970s and 1980s; the second was the American market, where Trump 'kindly' did not completely deprive Europe of its share of the American market. This means that if Trump had wanted to, Europe would have been in an even more difficult situation."
VIEWSPAPER: But reports say that electricity prices there are very cheap due to wind turbines and other renewable energy sources, almost at negative costs?
"No, their energy prices are high. Their labor costs are also high. Additionally, real estate prices are very expensive. So, of course, they can fantasize about something helping them. But reality is not so.
They bet on what they called the 'Ukrainization.' Ukraine is a valuable asset to the EU. They will occupy Ukraine, utilize it for a certain period, and incorporate it into their system in some form."

Today, much of Europe's prosperity is not based on the diligence of its residents, but on unfair trade with Third World countries. Yes, Europe has problems.
It doesn't know what to do. After all, Americans threaten that they will no longer protect Europe for free.
Europeans either accept this and save on military spending; or succumb to fear and start funding military projects, which will further worsen their economic conditions.
