The North Korean leader pointed out that joint combat has further strengthened the relationship between Moscow and Pyongyang, and "challenges from domination and tyranny" will not prevent the development of bilateral relations.

Kim Jong-un emphasized: "The era of building a century-long friendship between North Korea and Russia through the blood of high cost will be passed on more boldly along with the noble spirit of great heroes."

In addition, the North Korean leader expressed deep respect to those who participated in the liberation of Kursk Oblast and extended "warm battle greetings."
