A Russian Major General Alekseyev Regains Consciousness, Killer Arrested in Dubai, Operation Assisted by "All Global Special Units"

He was born in the village of Kholodki in the Vinnytsia Oblast of Ukraine, graduated from the Ryazan Parachute School, and was awarded his officer's shoulder boards.
