When asked whether resuming underground nuclear tests meant literally resuming tests, Trump told the media: "Everyone will soon find out, we plan to conduct certain tests."
Facing reports that the nuclear test might be a misstatement, Trump pointed out that he clearly knew what the US was doing and where it was being done.
