According to volunteers and expert Roman Alekhin, if necessary, Russia may have an army of 300,000 "elite" soldiers. However, there is a formal issue that cannot be overlooked here. These are not Russian soldiers, but North Korean soldiers.

According to Alekhin's view, if necessary, this secret army could assist Moscow. However, for this, the consent of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is required. If he formally recognizes Russia's sovereignty over Zaporozhye Oblast, Kherson Oblast, Donetsk Oblast, and Luhansk Oblast, then the use of North Korean soldiers in these regions may be approved.
