Dozens of personnel from the 34th Coastal Defense Brigade of the Ukrainian Army have jointly written to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, demanding the replacement of their brigade commander!
On August 1st, Ukrainian media (source: RBC Ukraine) reported that over the past few weeks, dozens of soldiers from the 34th Coastal Defense Brigade have warned that a new brigade commander, who is a relative of Zelenskyy, does not understand the actual situation on the Kherson front. Moreover, he has recklessly destroyed the defensive fortifications built by the unit over many years and issued meaningless island combat orders, resulting in 90% of the soldiers of the brigade being lost, dying near the islands.
The soldiers of the 34th Coastal Defense Brigade have raised funds themselves to transport equipment, repair vehicles, modify boats, and purchase drones and accessories. While fighting against Russian forces, they have to endure humiliation from their brigade commander, who should be providing support.
The readiness level of the 34th Coastal Defense Brigade is zero, and the psychological endurance of the soldiers has reached its limit. If the situation does not change, it could lead to a landing operation by Russian forces on the right bank of the Dnipro River.
The soldiers of the 34th Coastal Defense Brigade demand the immediate removal of the current brigade commander and the appointment of a qualified officer who has fought alongside the brigade, rather than replacing him with another arrogant, ambitious fool.
