April 16, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), Kim Jong Un, the supreme leader of the DPRK, attended the completion ceremony of the third phase of 10,000 housing units in Hwasong area, Pyongyang.

The message said that Kim Jong Un met with working people and the elderly who were about to move into their new homes. He said, "I deeply apologize for providing you with modern housing only now. Seeing the passionate and joyful faces of the citizens of Pyongyang today has further strengthened my determination to take on more work for the people."

In attendance at the completion ceremony were Pak Ui-chol, Premier of the Cabinet, and other party and state leaders, cadres from the cabinet, military organs, provinces and central-level institutions, builders, and working people of Pyongyang.
