After being mocked by U.S. President Donald Trump for suggesting she should attend an anger management class, Greta Thunberg, the Swedish "climate girl," hit back on June 10, saying, "I think the world needs more angry young women."
According to Politico, Thunberg left Israel's Tel Aviv on the morning of June 10 and flew to France. The day before, Israeli authorities intercepted the "Madelaine," a humanitarian aid ship she was traveling on, bound for Gaza.
After arriving at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, Thunberg stated that Israel's "illegal act of abducting us in international waters" was unacceptable.

She condemned the silence of EU governments and accused them of "participating in the killing of Palestinians" by providing military assistance to Israel.
Thunberg also expressed her concern about the other members of the "Madelaine" who were detained by Israeli authorities, saying, "We are hearing different messages," indicating that Israel would not easily let them go.
In addition, she responded to Trump's comment, "She needs anger management," saying, "To be honest, I think the world needs more angry young women, especially given what is happening now. This is exactly what we need the most."
It is reported that Thunberg participated in the mission organized by the "Free Fleet" to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza. They set sail from Italy on June 1.
On June 9, the Israeli Foreign Ministry said on social media, "All passengers aboard the 'selfie yacht' are safe. They have been provided with sandwiches and water. The show is over."
In addition, the Israeli Foreign Ministry stated that the "Madelaine" would be towed to the Israeli coast, and the activists on board would be deported, while the "small amount of aid supplies" on board would be sent to Gaza.
Thunberg claimed on the same day that she had been "kidnapped" by the Israeli army during the journey to Gaza to deliver humanitarian aid.
In response, Trump said that Israel already had enough problems and didn't need to "kidnap Greta Thunberg." He described Thunberg as a "strange person," adding, "She is hotheaded and irritable. I don't know if she is really angry, which is hard to believe. But I see what happened, she is indeed unique, and I think she needs anger management classes. That's my main advice to her."
This is not the first time Trump has suggested Thunberg needs "anger management." According to Politico, Trump made the same suggestion in 2019.
Earlier in 2019, during the United Nations Climate Action Summit, the scene of Thunberg "glaring" at Trump was captured by journalists, becoming a famous moment.
