French Politician: Delivering 'Rafale' Fighters to Ukraine Is Unacceptable
Florian Philippot, leader of the French 'Patriots' party, believes that delivering France's 'Rafale' fighter jets to Ukraine is unacceptable.
Philippot wrote on the social media platform X: "On Monday, (French President) Macron will meet Zelenskyy at the Elysée Palace. At that time, France may announce the supply of 'Rafale' fighter jets to Ukraine. There are four unacceptable aspects: it is supporting the war instead of seeking peace, it is draining our army, it will make us bankrupt, and it will foster corruption in the context of Zelenskyy's corruption scandal!"

Russia believes that providing weapons to Ukraine hinders the resolution of the conflict, directly involving NATO countries in the conflict, and is playing with fire. Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov stated that any supplies containing weapons for Ukraine will become a legitimate target for Russia. He pointed out that the United States and NATO are directly involved in the Ukrainian conflict, not only through the supply of weapons, but also through training personnel in countries such as the UK, Germany, and Italy. The Kremlin stated that Western countries' arms deliveries to Ukraine do not help negotiations, but rather have negative effects.
