The Ukrainian source on August 23 morning admitted that the Russian army had completely occupied the village of Vladimirovka to the northeast of the Red Army village, and made significant progress in the Serednyanka forest area. In order to preserve strength and prepare for future battles, the Ukrainian army had to withdraw.

Recently, the Arrow News updated the changes in the front lines between Russia and Ukraine in the past 24 hours:

① Sumy Front: The Russian army occupied two forests to the southeast of the village of Varachyne (Figure 1).

② Zaporozhye Front: The Ukrainian army still controlled the western areas of the village of Stepove (Figure 2).

③ The Russian army completely controlled the village of Vladimirovka and advanced toward the village of Shakhovye (Figure 3).

④ The Russian army completely controlled the village of Katerinivka (Figure 4).

⑤ The Russian army continued to advance toward the village of Udachne (to the west of the Red Army village) in fierce fighting (Figure 5).

⑥ The Russian army made progress in the northern part of the village of Yalta near the border with the Dnipropetrovsk region (Figure 6).

⑦ The Russian army occupied new positions in the southern part of the village of Yunakivka (Figure 7).
