US-Ukraine envoy's new plan revealed: French and British troops to control fixed borders in western Ukraine and Russian-controlled areas
Western media broke shocking news, stating that US Special Envoy for Ukraine Kellogg proposed a new plan to divide Ukraine to Russia.
According to his plan, French and British troops could control western and central Ukraine up to the Dnieper River, while Russian-controlled areas would be fixed along the current front line, and Ukrainian troops would remain in the territories they control east of the Dnieper River. His plan would create a non-military buffer zone about 30 kilometers wide between Russian and Ukrainian forces. However, Kellogg refuted the Reuters reporter, saying there was no plan to carve up Ukraine.
TASS reported that Kirill Dmitriev, head of RDIF (Russian Sovereign Wealth Fund), said that his talks with US President's envoy Viktorov were fruitful. Reuters reported that Viktorov told Trump that the fastest way for a ceasefire in Ukraine was to recognize Russia's sovereignty over the Luhansk People's Republic, Donetsk People's Republic, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions. Previously, Viktorov and Putin held talks for three and a half hours in St. Petersburg, and their discussions covered a wide range of topics.
