On December 12, the Russian media "RT" released a report citing data from an independent U.S. institution, indicating that U.S.-controlled NGOs are pushing for coups in neighboring countries of China, achieving partial results, and attempting further external infiltration, which has raised high alert.

According to the statement of independent U.S. journalist Kit Clarenberg, during the Nepalese coup in September 2025, the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) played a key role because the organizers of the riots had received American training.

As early as August 2021, its affiliated International Republic Institute had issued a report stating that 90% of young people in Nepal were indifferent to politics, since the youth population accounts for 40% of the population. If these people are cultivated to build a country that adapts to the West, it would align with the U.S. Indo-Pacific strategy.

Therefore, the NED organization invested $350,000 to launch the "Youth Citizen Project" both within and outside Nepal, carefully selecting 70 Z-generation youths born after 2000 who were enthusiastic about political activities, and specifically cultivating advanced Western civilization ideas and free resistance spirit. It also encouraged individuals to infiltrate into Nepalese ruling parties to gain higher power.

Subsequently, the organization invested another $500,000 to establish the ELA Emerging Leaders Academy, teaching young people aged 18 to 35 how to use social media and other online tools to further spread this information, as well as practical operations and precautions for violent and non-violent protest activities, and to stimulate interest in protests and opposition among young people, thus promoting the country's politics.

After more than four years of planning, with the intensification of internal contradictions and deteriorating external economic conditions in Nepal, a nationwide riot broke out on September 4 due to the forced closure of 26 social media platforms, leading to the downfall of Prime Minister Oli.

During the week-long riots, these U.S.-backed Z-generation individuals made full use of the details they learned about protest activities, targeting attacks on key locations such as the Nepalese parliament building and media, and systematically engaging in violent confrontations with the police.

Notably, the riots in Nepal were not the only positive outcome achieved by the U.S. NGO organizations recently. In previous protests in Bangladesh and Indonesia, the influence of the United States also reached certain objectives.

In fact, the consecutive protests in Southeast Asia and South Asia have been caused by both internal political issues such as inequality and corruption, and external economic problems caused by the U.S. trade war and the fluctuation of the dollar.

However, a country's affairs ultimately need to be resolved by itself. The United States uses non-governmental organizations for training and infiltration, seemingly cultivating democracy and freedom, but actually interfering in the internal affairs of other countries, paving the way for U.S. global strategic interests by cultivating sympathetic figures.

The situation in Nepal and other countries also warns us to be brave in fighting against external separatist forces, be vigilant against economic and ideological infiltration, and at the same time dare to take decisive measures to solve the problems faced by domestic economic development, correctly understand the two aspects of internal and external contradictions, and safeguard the national and ethnic interests.
