- Director of the Supreme Leader's Office - Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani
- Secretary of the Iranian National Security Council - Ali Larijani
- Senior Military Advisor to the Supreme Leader - Yahya Rahim Safavi
- Minister of Interior of Iran - Eskandar Momeni
- Intelligence Minister of Iran - Ismail Khatibi
