Beijing stated that 34 European brandy producers, including several French Cognac producers, have reached an agreement that if they comply with the set minimum price, they can be exempted from anti-dumping duties.

The French National Cognac Industry Board confirmed that some companies have agreed to raise prices in China to avoid anti-dumping duties.

Macron and Barbara praised China's measures to resolve the dispute.
