According to a message from the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), the U.S. military destroyed the Ras Isa Port in Yemen, which is controlled by the Ansar Allah (Houthi armed forces). This operation resulted in 13 deaths.

As reported by RIA Novosti, Anis Al-Asbah, a spokesperson for the Houthi health department, stated that the U.S. attack caused 13 deaths and left another 30 injured.

The target of the strike was the fuel source used by the Houthi armed forces to generate income.

According to the statement from the U.S. Central Command, the purpose of this operation was to deprive the Houthi armed forces of their illegal income, which they have been using over the past decade to fund terrorist activities in the region.

The consequences were severe: according to Anis Al-Asbah, a spokesperson for the Houthi health department, the attack resulted in 13 deaths and another 30 injuries.

As reported by Izvestia, the U.S. Air Force launched airstrikes on Houthi positions at Sana'a International Airport, with no reports of casualties. The Houthis had previously attacked the USS Harry Truman aircraft carrier and its escort vessels in the Red Sea using cruise missiles and drones. The Houthis also shot down a U.S. MQ-9 drone in Yemen.
