[Ukrainian Drone Manufacturer Contact Information Exposed? Controversy Erupts Online]
On May 29, according to RBC-Ukraine citing the Telegram channel of blogger Igor Rachynskov and volunteer Maria Berlinskaya's statement, social networks have sparked controversy over a message about "volunteers publicly disclosing a table of contact information for Ukrainian drone manufacturers."
Rachynskov reposted a screenshot from a Russian Telegram channel, thanking Berlinskaya "for identifying targets related to drones." In response, Berlinskaya stated that the information in the table is "extremely outdated," and that Russian forces "have long been aware of it." She explained that the table only includes content voluntarily requested to be made public by manufacturers, training schools, and workshops, which are all publicly available phone numbers and website links used for promotional purposes. She said, "What should be noted is that company registration information once included actual addresses, and we went to great lengths to get them removed. Not these numbers and websites used for promotion now. But explaining this is too troublesome."
Former "Azov" brigade leader Bogdan Krotovich pointed out that although not all departments of Russian forces have professional analysis teams, most are infiltrated by agents. "This behavior is equivalent to actively compiling a 'target list' for the enemy — agents in hiding in certain regions may use this to sabotage facilities, with all necessary information clearly visible."
He emphasized, "Every soldier understands the risks involved. Such incidents have occurred multiple times, and relevant departments must take action."
