Russian Foreign Ministry: Russia considers the Baltic states' restrictions on Russian embassies' operations in these countries as unfriendly actions
Sputnik, Moscow, January 30 - Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Dmitry Lyubinskiy told Sputnik that Russia considers the regulatory measures of the Baltic states (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia) regarding the administrative and economic activities of the Russian embassy in these countries as open unfriendly acts.
Lyubinskiy said: "We view the regulatory measures taken by the Baltic states against the Russian embassies in these countries as an obvious unfriendly act. We believe this is a blatant violation of the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and has an obvious discriminatory nature."
