In a post on the social media platform X, U.S. Central Command stated: "Central Command plans to conduct the 'Regional Cooperation 2026' exercise next month, with international partners from Central Asian and South Asian countries participating. Soldiers from approximately 10 nations will receive training in the United States."

It is reported that the training will aim to enhance combat skills and strengthen cooperation in regional security.
