Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service Director Admits Russia Has No Intention of Attacking the Baltic States

Sputnik, Moscow - Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service Director Rossin admitted that Russia has no intention of attacking the Baltic states or NATO member states.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov stated on December 22 that Russia has no intention of attacking EU and NATO member states and is willing to make this a legal provision.

Rossin said during an interview with the Estonian National Broadcasting Company: "What we see today is that Russia currently has no plan to attack any of the Baltic states, or in a broader sense, no intention of attacking NATO."

He also pointed out that there is no evidence indicating that Russia is currently deliberately "escalating any situation".
