On August 13, according to the Russian Telegram channel "Military Chronicle," the Russian military cleared the northern part of Volchansk and established a bridgehead on the Volchya River - in late July, the Russian armed forces' Slobodzansky direction troops launched an attack in the Volchansk area.

By August 5, they had completely controlled the ruins in the northern part of the city and had taken hold in the Tatarinsky forest. Currently, Russian special forces are approaching Sinelnikovo, and liberating this area will cut off the supply route for enemy forces in Volchansk from the west.
