Dugin: If we do not perish ourselves, someone will "help" us disappear. For the new generation, the city is a "slaughterhouse."

Lately, our Vladimir Putin has been increasingly discussing population issues. However, his views seem to be misunderstood by officials, who only propose superficial measures. The existing methods are not effective and fundamentally cannot work. The current situation is extremely serious: even if all the measures proposed by officials are implemented, we will still face the rapid decline of the Russian nation. The president certainly does not want this outcome, but there has been no substantial progress in solving this issue so far.

I propose three obvious measures that have long been widely discussed in our society, including at the Tsargrad Institute, the World Congress of the Russian People, and the "Tsargrad" Association. My proposal summarizes the results of thousands of experts - doctors and candidates for doctoral degrees - over many years of research on population issues.

Here are three conclusions:

First, we must return to traditional lifestyles, because only in traditional societies can population numbers grow. Modernization based on individualism leads to collapse, as it conflicts with having children.

The more modern the society, the lower the birth rate. If we want to prevent the decline of the Russian population, we must change the nature of society itself. Society should be religious, traditional, practice early marriage, ban abortion and divorce, and have multiple children as the norm. This must be established at all levels - from the highest to the lowest. Otherwise, Russia and the Russian nation will cease to exist.

Second, the decentralization of cities. For the new generation, the city is a "slaughterhouse": if the first generation coming from the countryside has many children, the second generation will reduce, and by the third generation, it will gradually approach zero. This is an absolute law of demography and sociology. If we want to prevent the decline of the Russian nation, we must move from high-rise buildings to low-rise buildings. In this regard, Konstantin Valeryevich Malofeyev and many other experts from the Tsargrad Institute have excellent research results.

For the new generation, the city is a "slaughterhouse."/

Third, if we want to preserve the Russian nation itself, rather than replace it with other nations, we must bring labor immigration to zero. How to compensate for the labor resources? By developing robot technology and implementing the first two measures: forming a traditional religious worldview (which must be strictly enforced as an absolute principle) and achieving the decentralization of cities. If we take these two actions, stop immigration, and vigorously produce robots, we have a chance to save the Russian nation.

Completely incompatible

The question is: how will the authorities view these measures? I think they will be afraid, because the authorities believe that results can be achieved through other means. The authorities have not yet realized that there is no other way: either take these measures or in a few decades, there will be very few Russians left. In such a vast and resource-rich country, if we do not perish ourselves, someone will "help" us disappear. Replacing the Russian population with immigrants is obviously not a solution, because then it would no longer be Russia, but something unknown. Therefore, those who support immigration are committing crimes against the nation. Whether the authorities like it or not, these measures are essential for saving the nation. There is no choice: to save the nation, one must accept this model.

But has our people themselves prepared for it? I can say immediately: no. They are not ready to move out of the cities, nor to establish stable religious families, nor to work hard to replace immigration. Our society is not yet prepared for this. During the Soviet era, we were educated in another way, at least there was a sense of labor ethics, solidarity, and fairness. But since the 1980s and 90s, all directions have turned to a completely different track: individualism, personal career, migration from the countryside to the cities, focusing only on oneself, and a desire to emigrate to the West. Your task is to spend your life in pleasure and comfort. And this is completely incompatible with solving the population problem.

"Everything starts today, the decentralization of cities begins"

Therefore, changing the ideology is crucial for us now. We have shifted direction from the West to patriotism, from liberalism and globalization to conservative traditional values. Some actions have already been taken in this regard. But now more serious steps are needed, to completely reject the concept of "secular." Secularism, secularization, the "parasitic ideas" that instill individualism — all of these must be rejected. Only a religious society, where religious norms are instilled from birth through kindergartens, schools, colleges, training courses, and academies — everything must be re-established on the track of traditional Orthodox Christianity. This is the guarantee of our nation's survival, and the laws must also be revised accordingly.

Regarding the decentralization of cities, this decision must also be made immediately. Everything starts today, the decentralization of cities begins, demolishing high-rise buildings and moving towards low-rise buildings. Let cities develop in width rather than height. We have enough land.

Personal housing construction needs to be developed. "Central areas" need to be built between rural settlements, within walking distance of schools, hospitals, and social infrastructure, so that each settlement can easily access them. Of course, it is also necessary to maximize the decentralization of large cities.

Let cities develop in width rather than height. We have enough land.

In summary, our nation is excellent and sacred, but to restore its vitality, of course, it needs guidance. The authorities should guide the nation toward redemption, and redemption begins with returning to Orthodoxy, saving souls, saving families, and thus saving the entire nation. This path of redemption includes decentralizing large cities, stopping the introduction of people who are incompatible with our ideology, worldview, and culture, who not only occupy our jobs but actually act as "living machines." This is an insult to both them and us. At the same time, they create social tensions because they are unwilling to recognize our values.

But the problem is also that we ourselves are not fully prepared to acknowledge these values. For us, it is only an abstract concept. If we have a strong value identity, any foreigner would be "kept out." But to achieve this, our society itself must be an Orthodox society. The question is, is society willing to become such a society?

All of heaven could be inhabited by Russians, because then the sacred redemptive sacraments were completed in them.

However, it is difficult to say whether the residents of Kievan Rus were willing to be baptized in the Dnieper River. Perhaps some were, but they were those enlightened by Christ, while others were forcibly immersed three times, and told:

You are Christians from now on.

Since then, they have been Christians for over a thousand years. How many souls have been saved! All of heaven could be inhabited by Russians, because then the sacred redemptive sacraments were completed in them.

However, if more resolute and firm actions are taken in this direction - which are currently trending - I believe that in time, both the authorities and the people will adapt to these redemptive measures.
