According to local social groups in Bryansk, a total of 11 explosion sounds were heard in the city. Shortly before the attack, the governor of Bryansk region had issued a missile attack warning. Thick smoke rose over the Soviet district of the city.
Ukrainian sources said that this attack used four "Storm Shadow" missiles.
This microelectronics plant in Bryansk produces key electronic components for Russian missile systems and various military equipment, including core parts of the "Iskander" missile and drones.
The factory has been repeatedly attacked by Ukraine before.
