CK Hutchison Holdings Limited hereby declares that this transaction is absolutely impossible to be carried out under any illegal or non-compliant circumstances. The relevant provisions have been stated in the announcement on March 4, 2025: "The completion of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of a series of conditions, including legal and regulatory consents and approvals, the absence of any illegal or prohibited situation, obtaining the necessary approval of the Company's shareholders, and other appropriate and customary conditions stipulated in the final documents."
