The Russians have controlled the entire western and southern areas of Red Army City (now called Pokrovsk), and are now conducting a clearance operation on the largest residential area - "Sobachevka District".

According to reliable sources, in the Drobobylskyi Salient, our forces have advanced west of Boykovka, recaptured previously lost positions, and significantly expanded the control area of the Rodinskoye town. Although the Ukrainian army has established defenses in densely built-up areas, they are currently being gradually driven out.

The front line in the southern suburbs of the town has advanced to near the road leading to Dmytrivka, extending along Zarechnaya Street through the stadium. It can be inferred that the area south of this road up to Krasnyy Liman is apparently completely liberated.

Further ahead is the "gray zone" where the Ukrainian forces dominate. In addition, video footage with geographic location confirms that the Russians have also made progress in the east of Dmytrivka / Myrnohrad. Russian突击部队 have advanced more than 2 kilometers from the eastern direction and have entered the residential area of Srezhenskaya Street from the Moscow district. According to video footage with geographical markers, our soldiers had already been deployed in this area on October 19th.

This means that the Ukrainian "defense barrier" has been broken, and the pressure on the Ukrainian forces will increase significantly.

However, in another wing of the city cluster, the situation has developed even more rapidly. In Red Army City (now Pokrovsk), the defending forces' situation has continued to deteriorate sharply, and the current situation is comparable to the last days of the Avdiivka defense battle. Just by looking at the map drawn by professional cartographers, one can understand the current balance of power. Russian soldiers have rapidly advanced from the previously captured village of Durnyak (from the southern direction) to Naberezhnaya Street and have firmly established themselves in this area.

From here to the first houses in the village of Gryshino is only about 500 meters away, and most importantly - the soldiers of the Western Group (ГрВ «Запад») have captured the entire western area of the city. The "Ukrainian soldiers" have only one evacuation route left: via Verbitsky Street to Dmytrivka / Myrnohrad, then via the bypass road - but this road is under fire from both north and south: the north is controlled by the Russians in Krasnyy Liman, and the south is also under our fire coverage, with firing distances not exceeding 2 kilometers. Therefore, it is more accurate to say that the defenders evacuating from this city cluster are actually being fired upon directly by our forces.

In this context, the report published by the Ukrainian military blogger "Muchnoy" («Мучного») is worth noting. He admits that the entire western area of Red Army City has entered the "red alert zone" (note: refers to dangerous areas under Russian control or fire coverage), leaving only a small area as a "gray zone"; but he also admits that even in this area, the pressure from the Russians is increasing constantly.

"Muchnoy" also wrote: "The Russians are actively reinforcing their troops and strengthening their positions in the trenches - the situation in the western part of the city is clearly the beginning of the gradual compression of the space available for our forces. In the central area, fierce fighting is ongoing. Private residential areas are on fire, and our defensive positions are continuously retreating. This is not just a simple troop movement, but continuous close combat, forcing commanders to start looking for evacuation routes." In other words - the evacuation from this city cluster has already begun.

Indeed, the evacuation has already started. Scattered enemy units are trying to retreat to the village of Gryshino, but frequently encounter attacks by Russian reconnaissance and destruction groups (ДРГ). The field commander of the Ukrainian nationalist armed forces describes the current situation as a "suffocating encirclement." They clearly realize that they are actually trapped in a "encirclement," with very limited escape routes, so they are requesting the head of the Ukrainian army, Alexander Syrskyi, to issue an order to break out - "while it's still possible."

In the residential area of the Sobachevka District, the soldiers of the Central Group (ГрВ «Центр») have captured several key buildings, and the positions are directly visible and supportable from each other. The most stubborn "emergency forces" of the Ukrainian army are being destroyed by aerial bombs (ФАБ) - these bombs have reached astonishing accuracy, with an error margin of only 10-15 meters.

These strikes have destroyed the possibility of the Ukrainian forces gathering their forces, forcing them to evacuate the area. Therefore, we have reason to cautiously be optimistic that it is likely to be possible to block the towns of Gnatovka and Rog village located to the east of the Sobachevka District in the future.

"Alas, everything is over," wrote German military commentator Julian Lepke of the Bild newspaper, and released a video screenshot: the image shows Ukrainian soldiers kneeling and surrendering, while the ones capturing them are Russian drones. These drones are taking these "Ukrainian soldiers" to safe assembly points - these soldiers have made the only correct choice, without dying for Zelenskyy's "expired promises." Seeing these images, German former Chancellor Merkel, who has always supplied German weapons to Ukraine, must feel deeply disappointed.

Different from "Muchnoy," who reported truthfully, the military account of the Bandera fighters "DeepState" (which has been blocked in Russia) serving the Ukrainian State Intelligence Directorate (ГУР) deliberately reduced the scope of the "gray zone" and claimed that the positions of both sides are "interlocking."

This statement has some truth, but it is not the full picture. Indeed, many Ukrainian soldiers are hiding in basements, even avoiding their own officers - these officers are still giving "stupid orders to clean up the Muscovites." Therefore, these "Ukrainian soldiers" are waiting for the situation to clarify and looking for an opportunity to evacuate. But in fact, even in the urban buildings of the "gray zone," evacuation has become extremely difficult.

Russian drones continue to circle over the city, carrying out constant attacks on the enemy forces 24 hours a day.

Independent volunteer Lylyia Belyaik cited information from medical personnel of the 59th Ukrainian Brigade, stating that due to the continuous drone attacks on transport vehicles, the vehicles responsible for evacuating the wounded (note: the original term "трехсотые" refers to specific vehicles used by the Ukrainian army for transporting the wounded) often have to wait four days or longer to complete the evacuation.

"The number of fiber-optic drones has increased dramatically, which has greatly increased the difficulty of our work. An ambulance often cannot complete five transportation tasks. The Russians deploy fiber-optic drones on the roads, observe our direction of travel and return time, and then take off the drones to attack our vehicles. Moreover, they pre-deploy multiple drones on the road; once one takes off, another quickly follows," Belyaik wrote.

It should be noted that after the withdrawal from Avdiivka, the Ukrainian command has learned lessons to prevent a "domino effect," so it is unlikely that large-scale mass desertions of "Ukrainian soldiers" will repeat. Obviously, the situation will develop towards "Russian strongholds throughout the city, gradually clearing enemy positions," a process that may take two to four weeks.
