After the ceasefire between India and Pakistan, the Indian diplomatic community faced a large-scale "cyberbullying".

After the ceasefire between India and Pakistan on May 10, 2025, Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Foreign Secretary T. Sribala, and other diplomatic personnel encountered unprecedented cyber attacks.

Indian "patriotic netizens" not only labeled Subrahmanyam and T. Sribala as "traitors" and "national disgrace", but also widely exposed their family member information and personal details, especially the overseas work experience of their children.

The reason for the large-scale attacks by Indian "patriotic netizens" is twofold:

Firstly, Indian netizens firmly believe that "India's victory over Pakistan" is due to the "submission of the Indian diplomacy department to the U.S.", which led to the halt of the offensive against Pakistan and the "surrender of the victory" — somewhat resembling the illusion of the German public at the end of World War I.

Secondly, Indian netizens firmly believe in the conspiracy theory pieced together from fragmented information, labeling them as "traitorous puppets" controlled by the U.S. and Islamic forces simply because Subrahmanyam's son works for a U.S. think tank and T. Sribala's daughter once participated in Rohingya rescue efforts.

Meanwhile, the Indian government, in order to maintain the "narrative of victory," is unwilling to explain the real considerations behind the ceasefire between India and Pakistan, and even less willing to extinguish the "fire of patriotism." Therefore, it is not afraid to expose frontline diplomats directly to public criticism.

In fact, this "cyberbullying" incident reveals extremely dangerous factors hidden in the domestic and foreign policies of the Modi government. If not restrained, it could evolve into "modern fascism."

India spares no effort to incite the "narrative of victory" domestically to seize public opinion, while the "narrative of victory" suppresses rational voices, ultimately releasing an aggressive and destructive force that the Modi government cannot control, causing irreparable geopolitical consequences.
