Previously, the total transit time from Chinese ports to Moscow’s transportation hub typically ranged between 14 to 25 days.

After the speed-up, express dedicated lines now achieve a turnaround time of just 10.4 days—reducing overall transit time by nearly 40%.

Three core reasons for the significant improvement in delivery speed:

1. Revolutionary improvements in port clearance and transshipment efficiency: The full implementation of the "fast-track" customs supervision model for railways has achieved "one declaration, one inspection, one release."

At key border crossings such as Alashan Pass and Manzhouli, optimized wheel-changing procedures and streamlined container transshipment lines have cut border dwell times by 2–3 days, eliminating congestion and delays during peak seasons.

2. Priority rail passage both domestically and internationally: Through coordination with Russian Railways and Kazakhstan Railway, express trains are given priority scheduling throughout their journey, minimizing train meetings and speed restrictions along the Trans-Siberian Railway route.
